One of the best Sushi spots in the 559, I remember when the owner and his wife first opened in town at a smaller location. Years passed and they've grown the business into what it is today. I moved away, but I still think about this place, top quality, and friendly service. Wish them many more years of success.

The food was good.
The eel don was while not as good as Yayoi in the bay area, for the central valley, it is one of the better ones. Fish quality for other dishes were generally high quality. The best out of all was probably the popcorn chicken, which was better than any karaage I've had in the central valley.
But the service left a bit to be desired. After having gotten the food and until we were all done, the server never checked up nor got us drink refills; a server finally came by only after a gentlmman came by to collect the finshed dishes.
The servers seemed understaffed and paid their attention primarily to the bigger tables.

Sushi Kuu is an absolute gem for Japanese cuisine lovers! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed dining experience.

Popcorn chicken appetizer and some sushi can't be beat. Some great beers that I've only been able to get here because no one else seems to carry Japanese beers.

I grew up in Japan, and this is the closest to authentic Kanto Plains food. I would eat there every night if I could.
Delicious!!!

One of my go-to spots locally. I have tried every single roll on the menu, now I do the chef's choice Nigiri and have yet to be disappointed. Ramen is fire as well.
Definitely try the Nemo/Green Goblin/Firebomb/Hachi
